Geelong Cleaning Service – Yesterday I had a team from GPCC attend my home to undertake major Geelong Cleaning Service. I had the following: a very large entertainment area, 3 bedrooms, 2 New Zealand rugs and a very large Persian rug, that all needed cleaning after having our son and his family (including a 4yo and a 10 mo), living with us for over 10 months.

I write this because:

• My initial enquiry was handled professionally and efficiently by the Owner
• The team who attended were most professional and personable in their dealing with me
• They were right on time! And most efficient in their attention to detail
• I was informed of marks that would be very difficult to remove
• The job was outstanding – pale green carpets look like new and marks that I didn’t expect to be removed are now very faint
• The Persian and New Zealand rugs look great

When our school flooded for the third time this year, we had Geelong Cleaning Service attend to the job.

John and his co-workers were friendly and thorough.

Where do I start with thanking this great Company.

I came home to find our house flooded from a faulty solar panel on our roof.

Its 7.30pm on a Sunday night and I ring GPCC, half an hour after I made the call for help I’m greeted by John and one of his employee in Bannockburn I might add. He knew what to do straight away no beating around the bush.

He took control of everything and got to work, ON A SUNDAY…

what happened over the next three weeks is that GPCC have saved the foundations of our house and minimised the damaged that would have happened if I didn’t get a professional company like GPCC.

He had 20 dryers drying out all the flooded areas, had inferred cameras to see where the water was hiding they had the lot.

It was the most stressful day and few weeks of our lives but knowing that GPCC where taking care of was a weight lifted off our shoulders.

I am just writing to thank you & Josh for the brilliant results you achieved on my ceramic tiles!! I am honestly blown away with the result. To have them cleaned and sealed in the one day was excellent. As l told you when l asked for your quote – cream tiles and grout have been impossible to keep clean and l was seriously considering pulling them up. You promised me great results but l really didn’t think they could be restored.

My tiles are 14 years old and have had 4 of us plus a small dog living on them. To see the tiles and grout back to their original condition is unbelievable. I would highly recommend you to anyone and after your service l have got the love back that l once had for my beautiful floors.
